Dance Classes
For the absolute beginner, this class is the perfect introduction to the study of classical ballet in a non-competitive and fun environment. Exercises are aimed at conditioning the body for dance and will focus on proper alignment, core and leg strength, and flexibility. Basic ballet steps and vocabulary will be taught at this level. This class is also great for a dancer wishing to refine their foundation. No prior experience is necessary. Ballet slippers are recommended
